A Study on Learning Probability Theory via a Tutorial Dialogue System
Welcome to this study on learning probability theory! A talking head ("Dr Brown") will present you with some exercises on probability theory and help you solving them.
Make sure that the speakers of your computer are switched on. Time needed to go through this study is about 10 minutes. The general breakdown is as follows:
- Part 1 — A Quiz on Probability Theory
- Part 2 — 10 Exercises on Probability Theory embedded in a Tutorial Dialogue
Typing Help will help you with handling the system (e.g., skipping exercises, receiving hints or getting the solution), type Bye to leave the system.
Dr. Brown will give you background information on particular aspects of probability theory if you ask for it.
